About YUGEN and the team
Starting from a small idea that would allow us to utilize our hobbies and creativity to a greater extent, YUGEN was created to produce pieces that only some might imagine. We want to create something for everybody in the fashion space that in some way embodies the idea of the word, yugen.
Yugen is the feeling or meaning of something which is not initially perceived, something which requires more attention. It could be a mysterious beauty or an obscure horror.
"Beauty lies within the soul" is our motto, and what we think each of our loyal supporters will represent, whether you're wearing YUGEN or not.
We have recently launched our first product and hope it is acquired by many which see our potential. Remeber, the YUGEN team is hard at work creating fresh designs that will be sure to attract a variety of supporters :)

How do preorders work?
Preorders allow us at YUGEN to calculate the right amount of a product to produce to avoid issues with high or low demand. All preorders will have a bit of wait time between the time you order and the time the order ships. Once an item on preorder has finished production, we will alert all buyers. If you have any questions about your order feel free to contact us
What if I want to change my order?
For preorders, contact us at anytime as long as the items have not finished production
For general in stock orders, please email us withing 24 hours and we will get you sorted out as soon as possible
Can I refund my order?
We do not allow returns in exchange for a refund. We may allow size exchanges if our stock permits it. Order cancelling may vary, contact us if needed.
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we do not ship internationally due to constraints, but we do plan on expanding at a future date :)
